We acquire Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions (RGTS). This acquisition enables ConvergeOne to increase our presence in the northeastern United States and advance our leadership position as a single-source provider of collaboration cloud offerings, services and support.
The acquisition of Strategic Products & Solutions (SPS)
SPS joins ConvergeOne and solidifies our position in the top tier of collaboration solution providers. SPS broadens our portfolio with a new video conferencing solution and strengthens our Managed Services, Cisco and Microsoft businesses with expanded solutions backed by decades of experience and certified expertise.
We acquire Annese & Associates, further growing our presence in the Northeast and continuing to expand our Cisco footprint and certifications. This also increases our capabilities in providing consulting, design, installation, maintenance, and cloud and managed services to Education, Government, Healthcare, Commercial, and Financial institutions.
With the acquisition of SIGMAnet, we increased our reach in the western United States, as well as the scale of our Cisco solutions. We also expanded our portfolio with complimentary offers from VMware, Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft and EMC; strengthened our industry solutions for higher education; and bolstered our ability to remotely support customers through their network operations center.
INTEGRATION OF ACQUISITIONS
ConvergeOne integrates all the acquired companies into a single company to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
ACQUIRE MOUNTAIN STATES NETWORKING
At the same time as our Sunturn acquisition, we also acquire Mountain States Networking – a Cisco Gold Certified Partner and a leading network solutions provider in the West.
We acquire Sunturn, an Avaya Platinum Partner that designs and delivers unified communications, collaboration and contact center solutions to mid-market business. The move deepens our mid-market reach and presence in the West and South.
LAUNCH CLOUD SOLUTION
We launch a fully managed private cloud solution that’s fully delivered, hosted, managed and financed by ConvergeOne.
With the acquisition of Spanlink, we add a full suite of Cisco solutions and services. Spanlink also brings the highest certifications in Cisco collaboration architectures and a comprehensive managed services offering.
LAUNCH ADVANCED SERVICES DELIVERY PRACTICE
NACR launches an Advanced Services Delivery Practice for the Contact Center. This new practice provides advanced contact center services, cloud and self-service solutions and integration expertise from across ConvergeOne.
We expand expertise in the healthcare vertical with the acquisition of iTrus, a company focused on design, implementation, applications and infrastructure availability.
LAUNCH MICROSOFT LYNC SUPPORT
NACR launches managed maintenance and monitoring support for Microsoft Lync voice and unified communications solutions.
ACQUIRE G3 TECHNOLOGIES
With the acquisition of G3 Technologies, we strengthen our capabilities to design, develop, integrate and manage voice and data solutions. G3 brings broad capabilities across multiple providers.
By acquiring SimpliCTI we added unified communications systems integration as well as contact center customer applications development. SimpliCTI also gave us the opportunity to offer our clients high value-added consulting services for contact center customer interactions.
ACQUIRE NORTHPARK GROUP
We expand our high-end IT consulting and professional services capabilities in acquiring NorthPark Group. NorthPark also brings expertise with global infrastructure deployments for customers in financial services.
NACR EXPANDS CAPABILITIES
NACR expands its app development capabilities in beginning to develop custom apps using the Avaya Agile Communication Environment (ACE) Foundation Toolkit.
VOICE OPERATIONS MERGER
We realign our voice and data businesses – bringing together our voice operations under NACR and our data operations under S1 – to be more sharply focused and effective.
ACQUIRE EMPIRE TECHNOLOGIES
In just one month we increase our presence in the Northeast and add a robust maintenance service base, multi-vendor Managed Services and Support centers and proprietary workflow tools as well as a telemarketing center with the purchase of Empire Technologies.
ACQUIRE S1 IT SOLUTIONS
In buying S1 IT Solutions, we add expertise in IBM solutions and expand our presence in the Northwest.
We acquire NACR, a leading Avaya partner and recognized leader in telephony hardware and software, design and integration. This gives us a solid foundation in enterprise communications.
With the acquisition of Combest, we add in-house maintenance and managed services. We also significantly expand our presence in Georgia, Florida and Pennsylvania.
