The acquisition of Strategic Products & Solutions (SPS)

SPS joins ConvergeOne and solidifies our position in the top tier of collaboration solution providers. SPS broadens our portfolio with a new video conferencing solution and strengthens our Managed Services, Cisco and Microsoft businesses with expanded solutions backed by decades of experience and certified expertise.

We acquire Annese & Associates, further growing our presence in the Northeast and continuing to expand our Cisco footprint and certifications.
